Bourbon Bottle: Italian Old Fashioned

How to make an Italian Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- 2 ounces of Bourbon
- 1/2 ounce of Amarena
- 1/4 ounce of simple syrup
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- Dash of Orange bitters
- Garnish: Orange peel
Instructions
- In a mixing glass filled with ice, and the bourbon, Amarena and simple syrup
- Add a few dashes of Angostura bitters and orange bitters
- Stir until chilled
- Strain over a large cube in a rocks glass
- Rim the glass with an orange peel and add the peel to the glass
